1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MikuEbluesys website, platform, or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
MikuEbluesys provides a Linux security monitoring platform that collects security-related metadata, generates alerts, and presents insights through a centralized dashboard. The Services are provided for monitoring and informational purposes only.
3. No Security Guarantee
While MikuEbluesys aims to detect suspicious activity, we do not guarantee prevention of security incidents, intrusions, data breaches, or unauthorized access. Ultimate responsibility for server security remains with the user.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials and tokens
- Ensure you are authorized to monitor the servers added
- Use the Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes
- Respond appropriately to alerts and security notifications
5. Account & Token Security
You are responsible for all activities performed using your account and API tokens. MikuEbluesys is not liable for damages resulting from compromised credentials, misconfigured servers, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
6. Subscription & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing and plan features may change with prior notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Services for illegal or malicious activities
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Upload malware, exploit payloads, or harmful code
- Interfere with service availability or infrastructure
8. Data & Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using MikuEbluesys, you consent to data processing as described therein.
9. Service Availability
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
