This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for the MikuEbluesys platform.
1. Free Trial
MikuEbluesys offers a 7-day free trial to allow users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription. No payment is required during the trial period.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Once a subscription is purchased, the service is considered active and infrastructure resources may be allocated.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of payment
- No security agent was installed on any server
- No server was added to the platform
- No security data, logs, or alerts were collected
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The security agent was installed on any server
- Any server was added to the dashboard
- Security logs, alerts, or monitoring data were generated
- The refund request is made after 48 hours of payment
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
6. Abuse Prevention
Refunds are not provided for accounts that have consumed monitoring services, as the platform incurs infrastructure and processing costs once monitoring begins.
7. Payment Disputes
We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
